3.LOADING: 22 MT truck (880 bags) or 1 x 20´ FCL container (20 MT - 800 bags)

4.QUANTITY AVAILABLE: 100 - 150 MT/ month according Client demand and contract closed

5.PHYSIC SAMPLES AVAILABILITY: Packet of 100 - 200 gr. through SGS channel with fee charges over Client account.

6.DELIVERY TERMS:Within next 15 - 20 days after confirmation or order and receipt of payment instrument agreed

7.DELIVERY CONDITIONS: EXWORK - Murcia or FOB - Valencia (Spain) or CFR - ASWP

8.PRICE: To agree with Client over basis of reference price of raw material of international market (LIFFE)

9.SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORTATION:

a.Waybill or Bill of Lading (B/L)

b.Commercial Invoice

c.Certificate of Origin

d.Packing List

e.Quality and Quantity Certificate made by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or similar, at loading Port (In case that Client demand it; charges not included in price)

10.PAYMENT TERMS:

T/T for the 50% after confirmation of order and 50% balance against export documents presentation; or confirmed / irrevocable LC payable at sight against export document presentation for the value of each partial shipment; or other payment propositions to consider, analyse and agree with Client
